  Hearing something crawling around in the attic is the last thing someone wants to deal with and I wasn't about to stick my head up there. I was referred to Fidelis Pest Control by another pest control contractor who was unable to help at the time. Setting up an appointment with Taggard was easy and he was able to come quickly. He was professional and courtesy and after hearing my description of the issue, provided me information on what may be going on. He checked the outside of the house for openings and went through the attic checking for activity. He found several potential openings where animals could get in and he closed those up. As there were indications of rats at some point, he setup some live traps with bait to see if they were still around. Once that has been determined, he will be going back up and cleaning up and sanitizing the areas affected. At no time was I given a "hard sell", he provided the information and left it up to me to determine how far I wanted to go with this issue. In fact, after the first visit, I went ahead and scheduled for him to come back out and spray the perimeter of the house and de-moss the roof. He explained that he is a licensed Wildlife Control Operator, one of the few in Lane County. His rates are reasonable and will work with you on the best approach to resolve your problems. I highly recommend Fidelis Pest Control for anyone in need of their services.
